As the Chabad Jewish Student board, we would like to give you a warm welcome to your new home in Aggieland!
This is a warm, welcoming, and caring group of people who will be there for you during college and beyond. Every single one of us remember our experience starting at Texas A&M and all the emotions we felt when beginning our Aggie journey. It’s exciting, it’s overwhelming, and this year, it’s definitely like no other.
That is exactly the reason that we are committed to making your Freshman experience the absolute BEST experience it can possibly be. We will not stop our dedication to giving you an amazing first semester and authentic Aggieland experience as a member of the Jewish Aggie Family.
No matter what the circumstances are, we are here to tell you that you have a home away from home in the Jewish Aggie Family at Chabad. We are here for you, no matter what challenges come your way. If you need a ride, advice about ECA's, help with studying, or any questions in general about Texas A&M or Jewish Aggie life, we are always happy to help. All of us on the board come from all different backgrounds and hometowns. We are available to help in any capacity we can. If there is anything you need, know that you can always reach out to us.

Emily Grinshpun '27
Co-President Chabad Student Board
Emily Grinshpun is a senior computer science major from Plano, Texas. Emily is passionate about her Israeli roots and enjoys swimming on the swim club. She loves her annual trips to Israel to visit her family. Emily's favorite thing about Chabad is that it brought her many friendships and she cherishes the way it connected her to the Jewish community.
Drew Parker '27
Co-President Chabad Student Board
Drew Parker is a senior international affairs major from Bethesda, MD. In addition to his studies he loves working out, running, and traveling with friends. Drews favorite part of Chabad is its ability to make one feel as though they have a family away from home even at a large school.
Michal Epstein '27
Chabad Student Board
Michal Epstein is an accounting major from Plano, TX. She is also president of the Aggie West Coast Swing Dance Club, and loves dancing, music, reading, and being active. She is passionate about building Jewish community and increasing education about Israel. Chabad is special to Michal because it is a place where everyone can feel welcomed and cared for.
Sydney Goldstein '27

Sydney is a senior biology major from Dallas, TX. In addition to the Chabad Board, Sydney is a member of the A&M Club Gymnastics team and a staff member for FLARE, a freshman leadership organization on campus! Her favorite thing about Chabad is how it truly feels like a family where everyone is welcome and no one is a stranger!

I’m a senior biology major from Dallas, Texas. I am in the Jewish sorority, Alpha Epsilon Phi, and enjoy serving it along with my friends. I love Chabad for the people it has introduced me to and the sense of family it’s given me.

Isaac is a junior aerospace engineering student from San Antonio, TX. He loves talking about basically any niche interest and wants to get to know every single person at Chabad!

Abbie is a junior chemistry major from Dallas, TX. She is involved in Fish Camp and is also a board member of AHAVA A&M’s jewish women’s org. Her favorite thing about Chabad is how the Jewish Aggie family is always there for each other!

Itay is a junior mechanical engineering major from Plano, TX. He loves Shabbat at Chabad and his fun fact is that he built a 5,000 piece puzzle.

Alona is a Biomedical Science major from Aledo, TX. She loves the friendships and Friday night dinner at Chabad. As a kid she went to Disney World over 20 times.
