A Torah Written in Loving Memory of Tzivia Friedman

This Torah scroll is being written lovingly and intentionally in memory of Manya’s mother, Tzivia bat Yakov Yitzchok, whose love for Torah, for life, and for Jewish Aggies touched countless hearts.
Tzivia’s warmth was felt by every student who entered her orbit during her visits. her smile, her sincerity, and her unwavering belief in others made people feel seen and cherished. She loved the Torah and she loved every mitzvah. Her joy in Torah wasn’t theoretical; it was lived, breathed, and generously shared with everyone around her.
Though she is no longer physically with us, this Torah will ensure that her light continues to illuminate Aggieland. Every letter, every word, every column will stand as a testament to her boundless love, kindness, and acceptance. This Torah will be read, danced with, learned from, and cherished, carrying her spirit into the hearts of students for generations.
